Elijah Black consults in the areas of Financial
Management, Logistics and Supply Chain
Management.
Elijah received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United
States Naval Academy and attended the Naval Supply Corps School in
Athens, GA. From there
he went on to serve as a Disbursing/Retail Officer aboard the USS
MAHAN (DDG 72). He then
was transferred to the Commander Naval Surface Forces Atlantic
Norfolk, VA where he served as Atlantic Fleet Disbursing Supervisor
& Assistant Services Officer, and Liaison to Fleet Forces Command.
He was then assigned to
Commander Logistics Forces, Central Command Manama, Bahrain as the
US Navy’s Fifth Fleet Expediting & Logistics Supervisor.
Elijah completed his six years of US Navy service in the
Washington, DC Metro area, where he served in a financial accounting
capacity for the United States Naval Observatory.
He was personally
responsible for all accounting functions for a $17M budget.
Elijah currently supports the U.S. Navy’s Office of Financial
Management (FMO) on the Financial Improvement Program (FIP). |
