Training Support

C&A has provided training support in the areas of logistics, supply chain management and Lean Six Sigma. As a subcontractor to MAC Consulting under N00104-04-F-0107 supporting DASN(Logistics), C&A successfully developed and executed a Continuous Improvement Survey and Final Report of over 500 global Naval Industrial Facilities. C&A provided a roadmap for improvement and executed the plan by successfully organizing and delivering Lean Six Sigma training to over 300 senior DON and DOD leaders in Washington, DC and worldwide.
