Program Support

C&A provides comprehensive program and consulting support to the Department of Navy Chief Information Office (DON CIO) in planning and executing the Enterprise Resource Management (ERM) program. C&A facilitates weekly and monthly Working Group meetings. Maintains and follows up on action plans, posts minutes to and built/edit website. C&A surveys Team and Working Group members and their constituents for feedback on communications and outreach plan. Performs statistical analysis on results.
